Karonoid (PC version)

Player control little creature Karo with the "Paddle shield" use for bouncing the balls to break the bricks. Colored bricks may contain powerups and more ball.

Control

Movements: Arrow keys or WASD

Shield-Aim: Shield will aim at pointer if it is stays in the game scene, you can also rotate the shield around with Z and X keys but the mouse pointer must be outside of the game scene to do this.

Press P key to pause when the game is running, and use it to unpause when the game is pausing ;)

UPDATE #1

Adjust powerups drop rate to increase difficulty to surviving.

Adjust ball speed to increase difficulty.

Modified the stage to make it harder to survive by only sitting at corner

Incentivize player to run into danger by change the score mechanic. (Now player earn a lot more score by collecting item compared to survive and let the ball break the blocks, this will reward the player who risk to run into the danger more than those sit at the corner and only trying to avoid balls.)

Also adjust the move speed when moving in diagonal direction.
